Pick a day. See where you go, what you do and where you stay.

We hope you enjoy an unforgettable experience.
Since you will be joining the tour directly on the day of departure from the starting city, it is extremely important that you check your Service Summary beforehand for the exact meeting point and bus departure time. If you have any questions, please contact us before the trip begins via our emergency phone number. During your trip, your guide will likely offer optional activities. If these activities are available in the operator's app or through your "My Trip" link, we strongly recommend booking them well in advance to ensure availability. Waiting until the last minute often means missing out on the opportunity to participate due to lack of tickets, coach seats, etc. Please be on time as we travel together in a group; everyone´s cooperation is essential for a successful trip. Enjoy your tour!
Departure from Rome to travel to the Bay of Naples in southern Italy.
We’ll stop in Naples to board a ferry (tickets included). The estimated departure is at 11:35 a.m. for a 50-minute cruise through beautiful landscapes.
Capri. Enjoy free time. You can visit the White Grotto or take a cable car ride to the center of Capri.
Departure from Capri. We’ll board the ferry again and continue to Sorrento (schedule subject to change). Enjoy the beautiful views upon arrival in Sorrento.
Sorrento. We’ll arrive in a picturesque and lively town at the foot of a cliff, with a harbor in the lower area.
Departure from Sorrento.
Salerno.
Stunning landscapes in the Bay of Naples and Sorrento.
As we will be taking some boats, we suggest bringing warm clothes for the deck. Don´t forget your camera; the landscapes are breathtaking. Due to weather conditions, the ships connecting Naples with Capri or Sorrento may not operate. In such cases, the route will be modified, arriving in Sorrento by road and visiting Amalfi instead of Capri.
During the winter months, schedules will be modified (leaving Naples earlier) to make the most of daylight hours.

Total distance covered by road: 475 km.
Departure from Salerno. We’ll travel south through Italy, enjoying views of mountains and charming villages. Our route will take us along the picturesque coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Sanctuary of San Francesco di Paola. There will be time to explore this beautiful sanctuary set in stunning surroundings. Don’t miss the chance to visit the cave! Afterward, there will be free time for a stroll and lunch in the charming old town of Paola.
Departure from Paola. We’ll continue to Villa San Giovanni, arriving around 4:30 p.m., where we’ll board a ship for a short 20-minute crossing to the island of Sicily.
Messina. You’ll have time to explore the city center and enjoy your first experience on the island.
Departure from Messina.
Taormina. Arrival at our hotel. Dinner will be included.
Mountains, sea, and picturesque villages along the route.
We recommend bringing warm clothes to enjoy the ferry crossing between the Italian Peninsula and Sicily.
Accommodation will typically be in the Taormina region, though on certain dates, it may be in Messina.

After breakfast, we will head to Giardini Naxos, the first Greek settlement in Sicily (founded in 734 B.C.), with its pleasant seafront promenade and popular beaches.
Giardini Naxos – Departure.
Taormina. Free time to stroll through the beautiful city of Taormina, at the foot of Mount Etna, which Churchill once described as the most beautiful place on earth. Its lively old town invites exploration, and its Greek Theater offers unforgettable views.
Taormina – Departure. We continue our route toward the center of the island.
Roman Villa of Casale (admission included).
Guided tour of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the Roman Empire, villas symbolized agricultural wealth. At Casale, not only has the 4th-century architectural layout been preserved, but thanks to their richness and quality, the mosaics decorating nearly every room are considered the finest of the Roman world.
Villa Romana del Casale – Departure. We continue crossing the mountainous heart of the island.
Palermo – Arrival at the end of the day. Dinner included.
The interior of Sicily, with Mediterranean mountain scenery.

Today, we’ll embark on a guided city tour of Palermo with a local expert.
Highlights include the cathedral, famous for its blend of architectural styles and royal tombs (admission included), and the Palazzo dei Normanni, a former royal palace with fountains, markets, and gardens. We’ll also visit Monreale to see its cathedral (admission included), a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its breathtaking golden mosaics that adorn the entire interior. The afternoon is yours to enjoy at your leisure.
For smaller groups, the tour may be conducted as part of a regular excursion offered by local companies instead of a private tour.

After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags.
