Durham. This impressive medieval city invites you to stroll its cobbled streets and discover its cathedral and castle, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Accommodation.

Departure from Durham. We’ll travel to the north of England, skirting the edge of Newcastle.
Arrival in Alnwick. This medieval town is dominated by its large castle and beautiful gardens, famously featured in the Harry Potter films. Enjoy time to visit the castle (admission not included) or stroll around.
Departure from Alnwick. We’ll cross into Scotland.
Edinburgh.
As Scotland’s capital and one of the most vibrant cities in Northern Europe, Edinburgh’s monumental center has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The castle overlooks the city’s steep streets and parks. The city comes to life in the summertime during the "Edinburgh Festival" and its various shows. You will have free time at leisure. 03:0 p.m. – Panoramic city tour with a local guide (occasionally, this tour may be done upon arrival in the city). 07.30 p.m.- Afterwards, we will provide a transfer to the hotel.
Beautiful castles and sea views as we cross into Scotland.
The castle is closed during winter months (01 October-31 March).

Departure from Edinburgh. We’ll head towards the Northern Highlands of Scotland, crossing the bridge above River Forth. Along the way, we’ll see the unique Highland Cattle.
Pitlochry. Enjoy a stroll and a coffee in this charming Victorian village.
Departure from Pitlochry. We’ll travel through the Eastern Highlands, enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Cairngorms National Park and passing through Inverness.
Brachla (Clansman Harbor).
Take some time to capture photographs and perhaps spot the legendary Nessie. Around 02:00 p.m., we’ll embark on a boat trip on Loch Ness (included). We’ll visit Urquhart Castle, exploring the ruins of this imposing medieval fortress overlooking the lake (admission included).
We’ll continue our journey, skirting lakes and passing high, and sometimes snowy, mountains.
Along the way, we’ll go through Fort Augustus and Fort William, a tourist hub at the foot of Ben Nevis, the highest summit in the United Kingdom. We’ll also enjoy stunning views across Glencoe. Our final lake will be the picturesque Loch Lomond.
Glasgow. IMPORTANT NOTE: Groups arriving in Edinburgh from the 15th of November until the end of February will follow this adjusted itinerary due to the shorter days and frequent snow on the roads:
Departure from Edinburgh to Pitlochry (09:45 a.m.
- 11:15 a.m.), a picturesque city in the heart of the Scottish region known for its whisky production. We will visit a traditional whisky distillery (admission included). Our journey will continue to Stirling (12:30 p.m. - 03:30 p.m.), with its impressive historic center dominated by the grand Stirling Castle (tickets included). This castle is one of the most significant in Scotland, having witnessed numerous historical events, including battles and the coronation of several kings. After some time for lunch, we’ll stop to photograph The Kelpies , enormous sculptures of two horse heads inspired by Scottish mythology. Finally, we’ll continue to Glasgow . We’ll arrive at around 05:00 p.m. with time to stroll through the city center.

We recommend you take warm clothing with you to fully enjoy the boat trip. Timetables for this section may change depending on the schedule for crossing Loch Ness. Adverse weather conditions may sometimes prevent the boat trip.

Departure from Glasgow.
A short bus ride will take us out of the city and toward the west coast of Scotland, where we’ll board a ferry at Cairnryan for our journey to Ireland. The ferry usually departs at 11:30 a.m. The crossing lasts just over two hours and there are shopping and dining options onboard.
Arrival at Belfast port.
Welcome to the capital of Northern Ireland, part of the United Kingdom. This city, with its Victorian architecture, serves as a reminder of the challenging history between Protestants and Catholics. Since the 1998 peace agreement, Belfast has experienced a renaissance, bustling with life and activity. You’ll have free time to explore the city, where you can see the famous walls and murals that mark the divide between its historic neighborhoods. We also recommend visiting the Titanic Museum, which, with its iconic architecture, is the most visited attraction in the city. The famous ocean liner was built in the shipyards here, which were once among the most important in the world.

Belfast | Departure. We leave behind the vibrant capital of Northern Ireland to begin a scenic journey along the country’s northeastern coast.
Cushendun | Arrival. Brief stop in this charming village, designated a Conservation Area for its traditional architecture and its integration into the protected landscape of the Glens of Antrim. Ideal for photos and enjoying the surroundings.

Ballycastle | Arrival. This lively coastal town welcomes us with its colorful houses and maritime atmosphere. Short free time to stroll along the harbor or enjoy the local ambiance.

This UNESCO World Heritage geological phenomenon impresses visitors with more than 40,000 hexagonal basalt columns extending into the Atlantic Ocean and recalling the legend of the path built by an Irish giant to fight a Scottish giant. Free time to explore its unique formations and visitor center.

Derry | Arrival. Arrival in the walled city, blending a medieval past with a modern spirit. Free time to walk along the walls, discover the historic center, or relax at one of its lively outdoor cafés. Overnight stay.
We will travel along the magical Antrim Coast, where rugged cliffs blend with green valleys and the North Sea reveals its grandeur among rocky formations and picturesque villages.
Warm clothing and comfortable footwear are recommended for the visit to the Giant’s Causeway, especially for those wishing to explore its trails and basalt formations on foot.

Today’s journey takes us through quiet rural landscapes, with rolling green hills, serene lakes, and historic pathways crossing the Fermanagh region—one of Northern Ireland’s hidden gems.
Access to the Marble Arch Caves may involve walking along walkways and damp areas. Suitable footwear and warm clothing are recommended. 8:00 a.m. Derry – Departure. We leave the walled city behind and head into the natural heart of the region, where the landscapes tell stories of history and legend. 9:30 a.m. Donegal – Arrival. Entering the Republic of Ireland, we arrive in this lively and picturesque small town. Admission to its impressive medieval castle is included. 11:30 a.m. Donegal – Departure. Returning to Northern Ireland, we continue toward one of the country’s underground wonders. 12:45 p.m. Marble Arch Caves (admission included) – Arrival. We explore this remarkable cave system, considered one of Europe’s most spectacular. Formed by underground waters over 330 million years ago, the caves feature stalactites, hidden rivers, and whimsical shapes carved into the limestone. Free time to explore and have lunch. 3:15 p.m. Marble Arch – Departure. We begin the journey back toward Northern Ireland’s capital. 5:45 p.m. Belfast – Arrival. Free time to continue enjoying this vibrant city.

8:30 a.m.
Belfast – Departure. We leave Northern Ireland’s capital to begin a day that combines rich heritage with unspoiled nature. 9:15 a.m. Hillsborough Castle (admission included) – Arrival. Visit this elegant 18th-century Georgian residence, the official seat of the British government in Northern Ireland and occasional home to members of the royal family. We’ll enjoy its refined interiors and magnificent gardens, blending meadows, woodlands, and flower-lined pathways. Free time to stroll and have lunch. 12:00 p.m. Hillsborough – Departure. We head toward the Republic of Ireland, crossing the border without formal controls and passing through gentle countryside on the way to our final destination. 1:15 p.m. Monasterboice (admission included) – Stop. En route, we visit this ancient monastic settlement founded in the 5th century. It is renowned for its tall Celtic crosses, especially Muiredach’s Cross, considered one of the most beautiful in Ireland. The site radiates a spiritual atmosphere among ruins and old tombs. 2:00 p.m. Monasterboice – Departure. 3:00 p.m. Dublin – Arrival. The vibrant and welcoming capital greets us with its cosmopolitan flair, literary heritage, and traditional culture. Accommodation. Free time to start exploring the city.
We will travel along picturesque roads in Eastern Northern Ireland, passing rolling fields, stately gardens, and peaceful coastlines before crossing into the lively Republic of Ireland.

Dublin – Panoramic tour of the city.
Our guide will tell us all about Dublin´s rich history, including its Georgian neighborhoods, bustling city center streets, and the University. Enjoy free time in the afternoon to explore the Irish capital at your leisure. You can stroll along the banks of the River Liffey, visit various museums, or explore the famous Guinness Storehouse (admission not included).
Occasionally, depending on our arrival time in Dublin and the daylight hours, the tour may take place the previous afternoon.

Departure from Dublin. We’ll begin our trip to Powerscourt, located just outside Dublin.
Powerscourt. We will visit the magnificent Powerscourt Gardens, designed in the 18th century and considered the most beautiful in Ireland (admission included). Admire the fountains, Japanese Gardens, and pet cemetery.
Departure from Powerscourt. We’ll continue south, passing through Wicklow Mountains National Park.
Kilkenny. We’ll have time for lunch and a stroll in this lively city, known for its castle, cathedral, and beer houses.

Cashel. We’ll visit the medieval fortress Rock of Cashel, symbolizing the Irish struggle against the English. Tickets included, with time to explore the village.

Cork. Arrival in the evening. Time for a stroll around the center of Ireland´s second-largest city. Dinner at the hotel will be included.

We´ll stop at Charles Fort to admire the ocean views beside this seventeenth-century fortress. Then, we´ll head to the center of the village, considered the prettiest of all Ireland’s fishing villages. Enjoy some time to stroll through the historic center with its maritime charm.

Killarney, a popular tourist city in the heart of Ireland.
After some time for a stroll and lunch, you´ll enjoy a romantic Jaunting Car Tour through the National Park (included), taking you through gardens and along the lake to Ross Castle with its beautiful lakeside views. Here, we’ll include a short cruise to enjoy the scenic surroundings of the lake.
Departure from Killarney. We’ll continue our journey with a brief stop in Adare, a small village known for its picturesque stone houses with thatched roofs and the ruins of an ancient abbey.
Limerick. Free time.
Transfer to the hotel. Dinner will be included.

Bunratty Folk Park. Admission to this open-air museum complex is included. This marvelous park offers a glimpse into Ireland’s past with its traditional cottages, old markets, and medieval castle. Enjoy some time to stroll.

Moher Cliffs, overlooking the ocean (admission included). Those who wish can walk to O’Brien’s Tower (tickets not included, sometimes closed due to weather). Time for lunch.

Caherconnell Fort. Arrival at this circular stone Celtic fort in the heart of the karstic scenery of Burren National Park. You might be lucky to see some shepherd dogs in action, herding sheep.
Departure. We’ll stop to take photos in the Poulnabrone Dolmen area. Our route will continue through beautiful scenery and little isolated villages.
Arrival in Galway, with time to explore the city and its university atmosphere.

Cong. Arrival in this little picturesque town in a stunning lake area where John Ford filmed The Quiet Man . We will explore the ruins of the Royal Abbey and stroll around the fantastic Ashford Castle, now a hotel. Enjoy some free time.
Departure. We’ll head towards the center of Ireland.
Clonmacnoise. We’ll visit the ancient monastery ruins, founded in the 6th century along the banks of the Shannon River. This remarkable site is renowned for its towering Celtic crosses and historic tombs (tickets and guided tour included).
Departure from Clonmacnoise. We’ll continue our route.
Dublin.
Due to ongoing restoration work at Clonmacnoise, visits will be shorter than scheduled (limited to 1-hour stop). To make the most of our day, we will stop in Athlone for 90 minutes. You will have time for lunch and a stroll around this vibrant town on the banks of the River Shannon, which is famous for its medieval castle, and for being the home of Ireland´s oldest official pub. We´ll be arriving at Dublin around 06.00 p.m.
The Clonmacnoise complex only allows a limited number of visitors at a time. Your visit time may vary depending on availability, so we might need to adjust the schedule to ensure all planned visits are made.

The crossing will take approximately three and a half hours. Occasionally, due to technical reasons or bad weather, we may take a different ferry. In which case, the schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
We’ll disembark in Holyhead, a port on an island in North Wales.
Caernarfon.
After crossing the Britannia Bridge, we’ll arrive at this coastal town, a World Heritage Site, featuring a spectacular castle that dominates the bay and medieval streets. This is where heirs to the British throne, such as the Prince of Wales, have been crowned since the 14th century. Enjoy some time to explore and have lunch.
Departure from Caernarfon. We’ll follow the coast towards England.
Liverpool. Enjoy a short bus tour through this World Heritage Site with the second-largest port in the United Kingdom, famous for the Beatles. We recommend visiting the Beatles Museum (admission not included).
We’ll pass through Wales, enjoying beautiful maritime landscapes along the Irish Sea. Remember to keep your passport handy, as it may be required to enter the United Kingdom.

Liverpool. After breakfast, we’ll continue our route.
Chester.
Located on the border with Wales, this city of Roman origin still preserves its impressive medieval walls. The historic center is known for its beauty, featuring the unique “Rows”: covered shopping arcades dating back to the Middle Ages. You’ll have time to stroll around and, if you wish, visit the cathedral and the Roman amphitheater.

Lichfield. We’ll stop for lunch in this charming and picturesque city. Its historic center, with cobbled streets and heritage buildings, is truly stunning. Notable highlights include the medieval cathedral with its iconic three spires.

Birmingham.
Arrival in the United Kingdom´s second-largest city, which played a key role during the Industrial Revolution. Today, it’s a vibrant economic and cultural hub. We recommend exploring the area around the town hall and the canals, which form a network more extensive than Venice’s. Originally developed to transport raw materials and goods during the Industrial Revolution, the canal area has been revitalized and now boasts numerous restaurants and entertainment venues.

Stop to visit this charming town, famous as the birthplace of William Shakespeare. Time for lunch at “the docks,” the former industrial port now transformed into a lively tourist area with restaurants. After lunch, you can explore the historic city center, founded by the Romans in the 1st century, its streets and the cathedral, where several scenes from the Harry Potter films were shot.

Bath. Late afternoon arrival in this vibrant and popular tourist city, known for its natural hot springs and stunning Georgian architecture. You’ll have the option to visit the Roman baths if you wish.

Salisbury. Time for lunch in the charming medieval town center. We’ll visit its impressive cathedral (admission included), home to the tallest spire in England and one of the four original copies of the Magna Carta from 1215.

Arrival in the evening. Our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful and lasting memories. Please, check the time of your flight in case you might need an additional night. Our guide will advise you on the best public transportation for your transfers.
