Coastal Karnataka, Murudeshwar, Gokarna and Udupi

Arrive at Mangalore Airport or Railway Station during the morning or afternoon. Meet your vehicle and begin the drive north along the coast to Murudeshwar, taking around 3 hours. On arrival, check in to your resort or hotel. Use the rest of the day to relax and explore the surrounding neighbourhood at your own pace. Return to your accommodation for an overnight stay in Murudeshwar.

Have breakfast at the hotel before setting out on a full day of sightseeing in Murudeshwar. Visit the prominent Murudeshwar Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, positioned along the coastal edge. Explore Murudeshwar Fort, which offers panoramic outlooks over the Arabian Sea and the 15-metre Shiva statue situated in the adjacent Statue Park. Spend your evening taking in sunset views on the sandy shores of Murudeshwar Beach before returning to your hotel for the night.

Start the day with breakfast at your hotel, then drive inland for approximately 2 hours to visit Jog Falls. Fed by the Sharavati River, this renowned cascade drops 253 metres, offering excellent opportunities for landscape photography and appreciating natural surroundings. Following breakfast at the hotel, begin your drive north to the coastal town of Karwar, a journey of roughly 2.5 hours. Upon arrival, check in to your resort or hotel. Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before embarking on a full day exploring Karwar. Visit Karwar Beach and Tagore Beach, named after Rabindranath Tagore. Tour the INS Chapal Warship Museum to see exhibits on India's naval past, and wander through Rock Garden to view stone sculptures by the sea. Later, visit Devbagh Beach and Majali Beach, known for leisure and optional water sports, before returning to your hotel for the night.

Have breakfast at your hotel and depart for Gokarna, driving south for about 1.5 hours. Arrive in the temple town, check in to your resort or hotel, and spend some time settling in. Enjoy the rest of the day wandering around the local neighbourhood at your own speed, or spend a quiet evening at leisure at your resort.

After breakfast, spend the full day touring Gokarna's highlights. Visit Gokarna Beach and the Om-shaped Om Beach, where water sports such as jet skiing, parasailing and banana boat rides are available at your own expense. Reach Half Moon Beach, Kudle Beach, and Paradise Beach, which is accessible via boat or a short trek. You will also visit the historic Mahabaleshwar Temple and the spiritual Shiva Caves before returning to your hotel for overnight stay.

Eat breakfast at the hotel, then begin the drive southward down the coast towards Udupi, taking roughly 3.5 hours. Check in to your resort or hotel upon arrival. The remainder of the afternoon and evening is free for you to relax, take a stroll, and explore the nearby area before retiring for the night.

Have breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a full day excursion around Udupi. Visit the famous Krishna Temple, known for its deep history and distinctive architecture. Head to Kapu Beach to see its coastal lighthouse and ocean views, and make an excursion to Jomlu Teertha waterfall. Conclude your day watching the sunset at Malpe Beach before heading back to your hotel for your final overnight stay.
