Good family package overall, St Vitus Cathedral inside the castle complex was stunning and worth the queue. Only issue was the evening in Old Town Square got a bit too crowded with tour groups for young kids to enjoy properly.
Old Town Square is gorgeous but our hotel was a good twenty minute walk with luggage and no proper drop off point, which was tiring with young children after the flight. Charles Bridge and the castle made up for it though.
Charles Bridge at sunrise with barely any crowd, kids loved it, would happily do this again.
Took my two kids and my mother-in-law along, and honestly this itinerary balanced sightseeing with rest very well. The Astronomical Clock's hourly show became our daily ritual, we'd time our lunch around it.
