Jaipur forts and Pushkar lakeside

Select a morning arrival in Jaipur, meet your driver for a transfer from the airport or railway station, and check in to your hotel to freshen up. Retain City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Hawa Mahal on your sightseeing route, stop for photos outside Albert Hall Museum, then browse the vibrant stalls of Johari Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar. A weekday arrival is best to avoid Sunday market closures. This evening, you can choose an optional cultural dinner visit to Chokhi Dhani, available at extra cost. Overnight in Jaipur.

After breakfast, head out to the grand hilltop forts surrounding Jaipur. Ride up to Amber Fort by jeep to explore its courtyards and ornate halls. Continue onward along the ridge to Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort for expansive views over the city below. Stop beside the lake to view Jal Mahal. In the evening, you can attend the optional sound and light show at Amber Fort, subject to schedule and at your own cost. Return to your Jaipur hotel for the night.

Have breakfast and check out for the drive towards Pushkar. You can take an optional detour to visit the revered Ajmer Sharif Dargah en route. Arrive in Pushkar and check in to your hotel. Later, visit the sacred Brahma Temple, walk along the steps of Pushkar Lake and its ghats, and see the seasonal camel fair ground. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Rajasthani cultural folk show. Spend the night at your hotel in Pushkar.

Enjoy breakfast before checking out of your hotel. Drive back to Jaipur, allowing ample time for the intercity journey and check in procedures. You will be dropped off at Jaipur Airport or the railway station for your onward travel.
