The journey

This nine day Himalayan journey starts in Leh and takes you across high mountain passes, remote valleys and lakes, ending in Srinagar. After acclimatising in Leh, travel through Khardung La to the dunes of Nubra Valley, cross rugged terrain to Pangong Tso, and continue across the Changthang Valley to the dark sky reserve at Hanle. An excursion leads to the pass at Umling La before you head back towards Leh and Kargil.
