Kusadasi turned out calmer than we expected, in a good way, and Ephesus in the early morning light before the crowds arrived is something we will remember for years. Istanbul hit us with its scale immediately once we transferred over, the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus cruise back to back on the same day felt like a lot but a good lot. Only issue was our transfer between the two cities ran nearly two hours late with no updates from the local rep. Even so, this was a properly romantic itinerary and we would recommend it to any couple who loves history.
