White Rann of Kutch, Mandvi and Dholavira

Meet the group at 10:00 am at Ahmedabad railway station or airport. Board your vehicle for an 8-hour, 400-kilometre road trip towards the White Rann of Kutch. Arrive in the village of Dhordo before sunset. Check in to your room, rest, and enjoy tea, biscuits, and pakoras at the property. Dinner is included tonight before your overnight stay in Dhordo.

Have breakfast, then head out to explore local villages and routes. Return to the campsite for lunch. Next, travel 49 kilometres to Kalo Dungar, the highest point in Kutch, and proceed towards the last accessible Indian border post on the Indo-Pak border, subject to permits. Spend the late afternoon at the White Rann festival grounds for sunset, camel or cart rides, and market shopping. Return to the property for a bonfire, a cultural show, and dinner.

Eat breakfast and start the drive south from the salt desert towards the coastal port town of Mandvi. The 140-kilometre route passes through Bhuj and takes roughly 3 hours. Arrive after lunch, check in to your rooms, and take time to rest. Later, visit Osho Restaurant in Mandvi, well known for its traditional vegetarian Gujarati thali. Overnight stay in Mandvi.

Drive out early to Mandvi Beach to watch the sunrise, then sample Gujarati breakfast at a local eatery before returning to your hotel. Freshen up and start the 270-kilometre drive to Dholavira, taking around 6 hours. Arrive before sunset, check in, and enjoy evening tea and pakoras by a bonfire. Following breakfast, explore Dholavira's ancient history on the Tropic of Cancer. Visit the major Harappan archaeological excavation site, the Fossil Park, and Dholavira Lake. Return to your accommodation for lunch and an afternoon break. Later, head out to the white salt desert expanses in Dholavira for photography and sunset views. Return in the evening for tea followed by dinner and your overnight stay.

Start after breakfast for an 8-hour, 370-kilometre drive to Ahmedabad. The route crosses Gujarat, passing windmill fields, salt pans, and industrial towns. Reach Ahmedabad by evening and check in. Later, visit the Sabarmati Riverfront, followed by the bustling food street of Manek Chowk to taste local street delicacies and sweet paan. Return to the hotel after dinner for your overnight stay.
