As a solo woman traveller I was nervous going in but Tbilisi turned out to be one of the easiest cities I have explored, old town cafes, the sulphur bath houses, and locals who were genuinely warm without being pushy about anything.
Best solo decision this year, safe, walkable, and the food class was the highlight.
Slowing down was the whole point of going solo, and this itinerary let me do exactly that, no rushing between spots, just wished the middle days had a touch more planned instead of empty stretches.
Loved the slow pace over ten nights; a whole happy afternoon disappeared into the Dry Bridge Market alone.
Genuinely good solo trip, but the Chronicles of Georgia is enormous and I stood there a bit lost without any guide to explain the carved panels. A quick photo stop wasn't enough for something that monumental.
