Loved the history in Burgos, the cathedral and the castle both exceeded expectations. Logroño's tapas street was also a proper highlight of the whole week. That said, food near our hotel in Burgos was surprisingly expensive for such a small town, and portions were oddly tiny for the price. Would still recommend the trip, just budget a bit more for meals than we did.
